Yes. All custom controllers include a 90-day warranty covering build and cosmetic defects. Extended warranty options are available at checkout.
We repair stick drift, button issues, broken triggers, cosmetic damage, and more. Fill out the Repair Request Form to get started.
Most repairs are completed within 5–7 business days after we receive your controller.
No. Please only send the controller itself — keep cables, batteries, or packaging unless requested otherwise.
Custom builds usually ship within 7–10 business days, depending on demand and design complexity.
We ship worldwide. Domestic U.S. orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Yes, tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Custom orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the build process begins and we can't guarantee changes.
Due to the nature of custom products, we don’t offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
